1. What are the care instructions for the shirts?

We have carefully handpicked the fabrics that are comfortable and easy to wear.

We recommend you wash the shirts in cold water and hang them dry. Apart from this washing, your shirt with detergent can give you great results.

 

2. When will you offer more products?

We are developing several new product concepts and will be testing them soon. If you believe that you have a great product idea that helps us in enhancing the design of our clothing then go ahead and  email us at support@untrain.in

 DESIGN DETAILS

 

1. What are the benefits of having a 4 way stretch in the fabric?

In our latest design, we have added a 4-way stretch which gives your shirt extra mobility. This helps to increase your comfort and range of motion while you exercise. Now, exercise without care.

2. What are the benefits of moisture-wicking fabrics?

Moisture-wicking fabric wicks or pulls moisture away from your body. It quickly moves sweat to the fabric’s outer surface. Wicking fabric also helps to keep you cool by pulling the moisture from your skin and then releasing it for evaporation.

 

3. What is the purpose of the vent in the essential short?

We discovered that vent can perform the best in training, workout, running, and cycling out of all the tried and tested shorts designs.

 

 

1. What size shirt should I order?

Getting you into the right fit is our utmost priority. The sizing chart is available on our product page. We also suggest you should take advantage of our hassle-free returns and order multiple sizes to explore what is comfortable.

If you are in-between sizes, our general advice is this: If you want a roomier fit, size up; if you want a snugger fit, size down.

 Even after all the above suggestions, if you feel confused, then contact us and share your height, weight, body type and snugness preference. There’s nothing to worry about with UNTRAINN.

 

2. Will your shirt shrink after washing?

If you follow our care instructions, your shirt will not noticeably shrink. Do not order your size based on shrinkage. If you get lazy (like some of us do) and use a dryer, you may see a little static shrinkage, but you’ll find that the shirt’s stretched length is the same.

 

 SHIPPING

1. How much will it cost to ship my order?

We provide free shipping all over India on all orders. We haven't started shipping out of India yet, but you’ll find us soon there as well.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet.

 

3. Do you offer COD?

YES, we're taking COD orders.

 

4. When will my order ship and by when should I expect to receive it?

Orders once placed usually leave our warehouse within 4-5 business days.

2. I think I received defective/wrong merchandise, what do I do?

If you believe that you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, size, colour), please notify us, including a picture of the defect. In most cases, we'll be able to send out a replacement.

Also, please note that we only cover actual defects, not wear and tear. If the product we ship is defective, we will cover your return shipping.

3. When will my return be refunded?

Once your package has been received by us, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. We will inspect your returned item(s) and then contact you via email with the refund confirmation. Refunds may not show up on your card statement for up to four business days.
